Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 21 days for routers only (no plan refunds). If 21 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

To Complete Your Return please contact via email at [email protected] to begin the return process. Return must be set up within 21 days from purchase and must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Any un returned items after 30 days may result in a full MSRP charge of the product and no longer eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We will only accept a return for routers if service is not capable of performing at your location within 21 days of purchase.

We do Not cover any extra warranty purchased through third party companies on products, you must contact that company directly for warranty support
