By purchasing you agree to the following terms:
Jae-Tech Wireless and its subsidiaries are internet service providers that utilizes cellular networks to deliver internet access to customers, with carriers determined by location and availability.
Jae-Tech Wireless plans are prepaid and provided with no credit check or contracts on a month to month basis. Plans may be canceled at any time with no penalty, and the equipment is yours. Upon cancellation we may offer you a buyback option at our choice. Service will remain active until your next billing date.
Jae-Tech Wireless has a contract with networks that reserves the right to suspend or reduce download speeds if customer exceeds
purchased data limit, or it is determined that you are in violation of our Fair Use Policy.
Jae-Tech Wireless does not guarantee minimum download speeds, upload speeds, or connectivity due to environmental, network and coverage factors. The speed you receive depends on your proximity to a network tower, along with network congestion, how many devices you have connected, and other factors beyond our control. We will try to get you the correct hardware and plan that will best suit your needs and situation, however, we cannot promise that service will be error free.
Jae-Tech Wireless offers a 21 day trial period, during which time the customer may cancel and receive a refund of the Router amount, minus any possible activation fee, Regulatory Fee, shipping, taxes or a possible $50 Restocking Fee (buyers remorse). The 21 Day Trial begins when your payment is taken, NOT when you receive equipment, so we ask that you please test the system as soon as it arrives, so
we can help you troubleshoot if necessary ASAP. If you chose to cancel using the 21 day trial. You will be sent an email with a shipping label to return the router, if the router is not returned within 31 days of trial date start. You may possibly be denied your refund. Subscription plans are non refundable. Make sure you cancel your service at floridainter.net to avoid future payments.
After cancellation for Monthly Rental If you choose to subscribe to our Monthly Rental program (where you pay a monthly Equipment Fee in lieu of purchasing equipment outright), you agree you do not own the hardware/router and agree to return the equipment in it’s original packaging, along with all the original parts to Jae-Tech Wireless within thirty (30) days of subscription cancellation. If you do not return the hardware, you may be charged the full retail price of the
equipment $325 $395 or $595. Our Customer Service team will provide a prepaid shipping label to you via email once you have called to cancel.
